Warrant: Often called a general warranty deed; a deed in which the grantor
warrants or guarantees the title to property against defects existing before
the grantor acquired title or arising during his ownership.
Will: A legal document that provides instructions for the disposition
of an individual's property at death. It can be amended or revoked up to the
time of death, or until a loss of mental capacity. A will is enforced through
state probate courts.
Wire Transfers: This convenient service allows members to
transfer deposit funds electronically. It is much faster and safer than making
the deposit personally or through the mail. In most cases, the transfer can
be completed the same day, provided the member’s request is received by
1:30 p.m. Central Time. The Credit Union charges nothing to receive a wire.
The fee is $15 to send a domestic wire and $35 to send an international wire.
(Western Union Wires are also available. Fees and cut-off times for Western
Union and International Wires may vary.)
